Participants

Below is the list of participants for LVK 2026, which can be accessed by clicking the following link. Please note that only those who have completed registration and payment are included.

Log in with your @ligo.org credentials to view the participant list.

The list of participants will be manually compiled based on the registrations and will include the date of the last update.

Program

The LVK program will begin on the morning of Monday, March 9, and conclude on the evening of Thursday, March 12, 2026.

A link will be provided where you can view the detailed program.

We will also share a link to the block schedule, which will include the corresponding Zoom links.

As soon as they become available, you will be able to access them using your @ligo.org  credentials.

Poster session

If you would like to present a poster, please register it using this form.
All information regarding poster presentations is available on this Wiki Page.

The deadline for poster registration is 8 February 2026.
The deadline for Sparkler slide submission is 22 February 2026.
Please note that these deadlines are final and cannot be extended.

Satellite Meetings

The satellite meetings will be held on Friday, March 13, at EGO.
A dedicated bus service will be available from Pisa to EGO. Further details will be provided soon.

Transport to the venue

The Conference will be held at Pala Todisco – Meetings & More:
Via di Palazzetto Gello, 11, 56017 San Giuliano Terme PI

A dedicated bus service will be provided for participants traveling from the city of Pisa to the conference venue, with return trips to the same pickup locations.

Buses will pick you up and bring you back to one of the following four points in the city:

  1. Train station
  2. Pietrasantina parking scambiatore
  3. Esselunga
  4. Paparelli parking

Below is a map showing the four departure points.

We kindly ask you to check the location of your hotel and indicate, at the time of registration (or anytime before February 20th), the most convenient departure point by filling in the appropriate field in the form. This information is essential for organizing the bus service efficiently. You can update this information anytime also afterwards.

The buses will depart at 8:00 am sharp.

The return schedule from Pala Todisco to Pisa will be determined based on the final program.

Visa Information

International participants are advised to consult the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to check whether a Visa is required to enter Italy and to obtain up-to-date information on the application procedures.

Participants are responsible for applying for the appropriate visa and covering any related costs. The event organizers are not involved in the visa issuance process.

Letter of Invitation
If your visa application requires an official letter of invitation from the event organizers, please contact lvk2026pisa@ego-gw.it and provide the following information (additional details may be requested depending on your individual circumstances):

  • Full name as stated on your passport
  • Professional title / job title
  • Name of your institution or organization
  • Address of your institution or organization
