Participants

Below is the list of participants for LVK 2026, which can be accessed by clicking the following link. Please note that only those who have completed registration and payment are included.

The list of participants will be manually compiled based on the registrations and will include the date of the last update.

Program

The LVK program will begin on the morning of Monday, March 9, and conclude on the evening of Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Below you will find the block schedule with the conference program and the Zoom links for the rooms.

Poster session

If you would like to present a poster, please register it using this form.
All information regarding poster presentations is available on this Wiki Page.

The deadline for poster registration is 8 February 2026.
The deadline for Sparkler slide submission is 2nd of March.
Please note that these deadlines are final and cannot be extended.

We suggest the following copy shops where you can print your posters in A0 vertical format:

Satellite Meetings

The LVK satellite meetings will take place on Friday, March 13, at EGO. Additional details will be shared soon.

On Friday, March 6, and Saturday, March 7, EGO will host two days of in-person meetings dedicated to the IGWN/LVK Digital Infrastructure.

The meeting “Gravitational Waves and Detection Technologies – PAS Rome Meeting 2026”, scheduled for March 16–17 in Rome, will be organized as a back-to-back event with the LVK meeting, with full details available her

 

Transport to the venue

The Conference will be held at Pala Todisco – Meetings & More:

A dedicated shuttle bus service is available for participants traveling from Pisa to the conference venue for those who selected this option in the registration form. Please make sure you have requested it through the conference registration portal.

Due to the concentration of transport requests from the same pick-up point, departure times have been slightly adjusted.

You have received an email indicating your assigned group, departure time, and meeting point. Please make sure to check your inbox carefully.

Please be punctual for your group’s departure time.

Below is a map showing the four departure points.

We kindly ask you to check the location of your hotel and indicate, at the time of registration (or anytime before February 20th), the most convenient departure point by filling in the appropriate field in the form. This information is essential for organizing the bus service efficiently. You can update this information anytime also afterwards.

The buses will depart at 8:00 am sharp.

The return schedule from Pala Todisco to Pisa will be determined based on the final program.

Visa Information

International participants are advised to consult the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to check whether a Visa is required to enter Italy and to obtain up-to-date information on the application procedures.

Participants are responsible for applying for the appropriate visa and covering any related costs. The event organizers are not involved in the visa issuance process.

If your visa application requires an official letter of invitation from the event organizers, please contact lvk2026pisa@ego-gw.it and provide the following information (additional details may be requested depending on your individual circumstances):

  • Full name as stated on your passport
  • Professional title / job title
  • Name of your institution or organization
  • Address of your institution or organization
