CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Join us for the LVK Collaboration Meeting – March 2026 by completing your registration below.

Online payment is required at the time of registration.
We accept credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard) and bank transfers.

The registration fee includes:

  • Welcome Cocktail
  • Coffee breaks (tea, coffee, and light refreshments)
  • Daily lunch

Registration Fees:

EARLY BIRD
(from 15th December until 20th January 2026):

– Regular: 550 EUR

– Student: 450 EUR

FULL REGISTRATION
(from 21th January 2026  to 28th February 2026):

– Regular: 650 EUR

– Student: 500 EUR

The Conference / Networking Event is available at an additional cost of 70 EUR and can be selected and paid for during registration.

No registration is required to participate online.

Changes and cancellations

For cancellations received by 23:59 CET on 20/01/2026, the registration fee will be refunded, with a €70 deduction to cover administrative costs.

For cancellations made from 00:00 CET on 21/01/2026 to 23:59 CET on 10/02/2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made from 00:00 CET on 11/02/2026 onwards.

Online Participation

No registration is required to participate online.
Online attendance is free of charge, allowing you to participate remotely in conference sessions and discussions.
Once the program is finalized, you will be able to access the schedule and Zoom links using your @ligo.org credentials.

Accommodation

Accommodation should be arranged and paid directly with the hotel. The agency will share direct links to pre-booked hotels at special rates. See the “Accommodation” section for more information.

Participants from lower income countries

The LVK adheres to the American Physical Society guidelines for accessibilityfor less-resourced countries. Please email us at lvk2026pisa@ego-gw.it for instructions on how to obtain your discount.
