EGO is delighted to offer the opportunity to attend a concert at the Teatro Verdi di Pisa, on Tuesday, March 10th at 9:00 PM, part of the concert programme organised by Scuola Normale Superiore.
The Orchestra della Toscana, conducted by Diego Ceretta with Martina Consonni on piano, will perform works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Luigi Cherubini.

Guided tour of Ancient Ships Museum of Pisa

EGO is also offering 150 free tickets for an English-language guided tour of the Ancient Ships Museum of Pisa.
To ensure smooth organization, participants will be divided into two groups:
- First group: 6:30 PM
- Second group: 8:00 PM
Seats are assigned first-come, first-served.
For participants who have requested the bus transfer and selected the 6:30 PM guided tour, a shuttle bus will be available from Palatodisco directly to the Ancient Ships Museum of Pisa.
How to register
Log in to the conference registration form with your credentials and select the museum tour under available services. Pick your preferred time slot.

Guided Tour of Virgo
A guided visit to the Virgo interferometer will be available on Friday, March 13.
Registration is required – If you are interested, please select the dedicated option in the registration form to reserve your slot.
Available time slots: 09:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 02:30 PM
The tour lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
For participants of the Virgo guided tour who have requested the transportation service, a bus will be available, departing from and returning to Pisa Central Station.

Note: Departure times to and from EGO are scheduled taking into account participant boarding and disembarking times, as well as the buses’ arrival and departure schedules.
